Intex Mobile — Intex Aqua Octa Mobile Not Receive Not even Get the Proper receipt

With this complaint i would like to highlight the fact that i had submitted my Intex Cell Phone-- For a Screen Change on 31st-Mar-14. It is now 23rd-May-14, it is now more than 50 Days that I haven't received any notification from the Service Centre and When UI reach out to them through their number-- i am not given a definite answer. I would request you to please have this looked at. Attached is the Receipt that was provided to me at the time of submission. There is no one at the Service Centre who is ready to provide me a Definite Date of repair being complete. Employees at their Service centre will not Entertain me for more than 5 minutes and will ask me each time come back after 7 Days. Please have this looked at as they are taking advantage of this.
