[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — Intex Smartphones are very poor in quality as well as In Service

I have purchased Intex aqua i7 in 2014 worth Rs.15500/-. After few months it was dead (not starting). Then I contact to nerear service center Jalna (MH).After two days he told to contact Aurangabad service center the he replied me after 15 days that it can't be repaired so it is better to buy new handset. After that I have mailed lot of time to [protected]@intex.in but only once I got call call from Mr.Mohsin ([protected]) with same advice to buy new one. From that time I am sending mails daily to [protected]@intex.in. only I am getting same reply that, your complaint is forwarded to conserned department. Please help me to find out solution to Repair my costly smartphone.

still it is not resolved, i am just waiting for their call as somebody told me, i will call you when the damaged part of cell phone will be available & i am waiting since 10 month Mr.Mohsin (company staff pune )(07768099122)

I have contacted of times and tried to complain but every time all of those said to do their speak with service center. As I think you don't have their numbers..

This is the only massage and evrything is done...Their work is complete here by sending massage...

Same thing they are doing on mail and customer care also...so we can only wait for their work...wait and wait..

At Last we should go to consumer court only...
