Company should not give their franchise of repairing the handsets to such lethargic agency.
They took tooooooo long to repair phone.
Every time they are not fulfilling their commitment as Intex cloud power plus given to Care communication Ahmedabad for repairing on 28 may '16 and till 25 June, the said hand set not ready for replacing charging socket replacement and now informed us that they sent to it Delhi for repair, why they have delayed sending to Delhi for one month time and loosing the co. Image.*
