Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — 40 days over - mobile not recd from service center

My mobile model : intex aqua star 4g problem: mic. Given my mobile at service centre name:sunrise electronics, trichy - 620017 (Tamilnadu[protected], job sheet no:[protected]t001, on 18/08/2017. With continuous follow-up with the service center they replied me that, mic alongwith that board has to come from the company. I have complained the same through your call centre also. They also infd me that, spare has to come from the company and they told me to wait until 30th of sep'17. After hearing through my friends that intex is a good product, i purchased this mobile. But, now i am very much worried after spending rs.7, 000 for this mobile because after 40 days i have not recd my mobile.
Request you to send the spares or change the mobile to new one which will make my faith towards intex to greater extent...

i have complain my tower speaker. my speaker is not working. i have complain last 2 month. your employee will come and check it thn he wil go . Aftr some day my speaker is not working. he said me to change power supply thn he will not come to.my home. nw i complain to customer care to cancel.the cal.

i am facing problem with my phone intex aqua s7
the problem is that i removed simcard and placed it again it started asking protected privacy password: mobile anti theft
