My cell Aqua Y had display problem which is in the warranty period.
As I visited your Authorized Customer care in Aurangabad with the bill copy on same day but still today they are unable to fix the problem unless your care executive was not surely tell the time required for the problem solution till date.
This is very very useless and cheap service I ever seen; this shows the casual approach of your Company and Care executive towards customer.
If they are unable to give the service to customer why should we purchase the product of your company as your adds will show much than the actual.
