Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Applications are not working in my Intex Aqua Star HD

Hello sir/maam I have Intex Aqua Star HD handset and due to application was not working properly I have submitted my phone in Intex service . But they take sum of 170 rupees but problem is as it is. so kindly check my phone properly and resolve the problem...
