I would like to bring to your attention that the tv model (Led 3221) of intex company, serial number[protected]), which i purchased on (13.102017) from (New srishti electronics) seems to have had a problem within a 8 months. The problem, he claims, is that the again and again it automatically closes once we have filed this complaint: the executes was come at my home and changed led, but this is also the problem in this new.in this context, we have filed a complaint several times, but no action on this complaint yet. H . I was told at the time of the purchase that in case of any faults with the tv, i shall receive free replacement/servicing of the tv. I contacted the dealer for the same, but he told me that i will have to contact the chief executive of the company directly. I am writing this letter to you expressing the hope that you will reply as soon as possible with the possible course of action, whether you can service it or replace the tv altogether. Complaint no.
