Dear sir
I am very sad to lodge a complain against one of your service center named sagun infotech situated at 167/1, old calcutta road, barrackpore, kol-700123. The display of my intex mobile phone (Model no - aqua lions 3g) has been broken. I reached to barrackpore service center. They informed me that it will be charged rs.1580/- as the phone was out of warranty. They took rs.800/- as an advance.
Now it is two months over they still not returned my phone and when i contacted with them, both over phone and physically, they heavily misbehaved with me. I feel very embarrassed. Though i have no proof of their misbehavior but you can understand that i have no vested interest behind this complain of misbehavior as i only want my phone back. I personally feel that a service center should never misbehaved with customers.
So i think that before taking any legal action it will be better to bring the entire matter to your knowledge as this type of incident will be detrimental to your company goodwill.
So i request you to take drastic action against that service center and return my phone back in good condition at your earliest.
