I am bhuban mohan pattanayak, my handset (Aqua power hd) battery is damaged. For that i have paid rs.500/- on 24/07/2017 (Receipt no-2214) at your authorized service center named as cell care, chorda, jajpur road, jajpur (Odisha) and assured to get the new battery within 7 days from the order. But still the order is pending. May please look into the matter & do the needful.
