[Resolved]  Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Giving excuses and not repairing the handset

I had submitted my aqua trend handset on 14th june 2016 at vashi gallery for repairing the touch pad and the charging issue. They are not working on the Issue and every time I call the are giving me the same revert that give us some time. I asked how much time n how many days more?But they are not giving any commitment. Is they the way you provide customer service? They always ask me to call after 2 3 days and n say will submit the cell on friday then again i call then the keep on extending but when I call again they are like the part which we had ordered is damaged and all stuff. Nitesh and Sushant are the not giving me any proper information. Plz see to the matter n ask them to do the needful at earliest.
