This is to bring your notice that we have purchased the Intex LED Model number 5010FHD, 50 Inch on 21 December 2015 from Juneja Electrical and it was installed on either 23rd or 24th December 2015 by one of your executive. When we switched on the TV on 27 December late night, the display was not working properly. We thought that might be some temporary problem and waited for a while to get it fine. But it didn't. We lodged the complaint on 3 January 2016, complaint number:[protected]. There are multiple problems that are being faced by me and my family because of your company which are as follows: * No response from the agency for the e-mail which I have sent on 5th January 2016 at 1:11 pm. As promised by your automatic response email that we will certainly receive the response within 48 hours which did not happen. Another Email was sent on 7 January 2016 at 7:22 pm for which no response have been received yet. *The calls when I make on your Helpline Number and the Answering Machines of yours always fails to take the input in terms of language even after the button is pressed multiple times. (Please improve your software) *Your Customer Care Executives are calling us multiple times and asking the same question to us and ensuring that the Engineer will be there at our place by this or that time but the Engineer does not turn up. We are not fools who will leave our work and wait for the engineer to come. If he is not coming, the company should send a SMS that he won't be able to. *The company needs to update the information or the staff. Originally, The Engineer's first visit happened on 5th January 2016 at 12:15 pm but your records shows that it happened on 6th January 2016. Moreover, your customer care person informed me that the repair could not take place because the consumer did not have the Bill whereas your engineer saw the bill and took its photograph and in my previous email, I have attached the photograph of the Bill which definitely your agency has failed to check.
