Dear sir,

I bought new phone on dated 2/01/2016 from relince digital express.

Unfortunately phone stop working on 16/07/20. When contacted service centre shree balak nath traders house number 3 gali no.4 omm nagar, mohan nagar, shibabad, ghaziabad. U. P. On 18/07/2016.

They advice it required soft ware ungradation and after doing the same they says phone is dad now and surprisingly they also says they didn't know how long they need to resolve the issue.

This is non profasional apprroch towards your customer and you need change this approach.

Please advice how to resolve this issue.
