I bought intex aqua power + phone on May 31, 2015. I was very much satisfied with the phone until its battery Stopped working around 20 November. It was not recharging beyond 16% that too after charging for 8-10 hours. Due to my exams I could not go to service center. When i went to Azadpur service center on 10 December, they said that the battery needs to be replaced but it is out of warranty. My phone is of Rs 9000 and its battery got damaged within 6 months. I did not expect that from a company like yours. I want a replacement of battery or I would have to go to consumer court.Help me as possible.
