[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — intex cloud glory 4g/service center not return my mobile past 3 months | |||
There is no complaint in my mobile. But, touch screen is broken. So i have given to intex service center in salem. They have committed that, they will return the phone within 10 days. But after 10 days, if i contact, there is no proper response. After few days they committed next 15 days, if i contact, they told wait for some more weeks. I contact to toll free number 4 time above they have committed that, they will return the phone before 31 nov and 18 dec. Till today, after 3 month also, they have not return my phone and i didn't get proper any proper response. Herewith attached service request form fyi. Request to help me to get my phone back.
