Sir/mam, I have purchased intex cloud q114g Handset on 3rd jan 2018. Now the working of phone is very bad... Iam facing hangging problems alot and i only use 1 week and see the poor working of this intex phone... Sir/ mam very politely i am asking plse take immediate action for my complaint i need to replace that product... Full liability of yours comp. That u shud return my product... Sir the service center is so far from my home and i dnt have only this work fir doing this...u shud send the person who can chk my prb... only 1 week i used... how could be say like this that i should go to service center... prb is urs and y i should go...
