Dear sir, I had lodged the complain on 07/sep/2016. Then got a call ([protected]) from intex on 12/sep/2016 and made me assured that your phone will be replaced and asked me to mail the invoice of the phone so that replacement can be approved. Also said that the next day your request will be approved. I have sent the invoice same day. Also phone my phone is submitted to service center. it's been more than 40 days still i was told by the service center that your request has not been approved. Kindly pay attention to this matter.
