Complaint against above care unit at vadodara -
Since I am facing problem with Intex Irist watch, and visited ABOVE Intex authorized customer care unit at Vadodara, though i have all the relevant documents and original bill copy, the service team shockingly asked for the box, and said without that they will not provide service...
And they did not provide the service for my product and did not accept the product though i had original bill copy and product was in warranty period, giving a foolish reason that i don't have the company box...
to get a service from authorized service center, why cant the customer get service even if he has the original copy of bill???????? this is pathetic...
Further i contacted[protected] and spoke with customer care agent Khushboo singh, she was also absolutely unaware of the complete process, she didnt even provided me the complain id for the complain i booked with her, and like a recorded cassette or a mechanical robot, kept on chanting, we have forwarded your complain to concerned team etc etc...
if a company representative has booked any complain how is it possible that they dont have complain id for the same?????
Further i asked her to transfer the call to her seniors so that i can sort out the matter, but she didnt do that as well and hung up the call.
very pathetic and disgusting staff and service by Intex
