I have raised a complaint vide reference no. SR[protected] / SR[protected] / SR[protected]. I am following up with Intex since 26th August’2016 still there is no revert from their side. Really very bad experience I have with Intex company. No one is interesting in calling and resolving the complaint. See below the details for the complaint logged, I have purchased a LED TV of your company in the month of August’2014. In the month of November’2014 there was Panel issue in the TV hence as per information from call center I got it replaced in the same month. At the time of delivery of replaced TV, I was clearly told that there is 2 years warranty of the replaced TV. Now the problem is again started and standing linings on the the screen has started. I logged a complaint on call center with reference number[protected] on 24.08.2016. Yesterday i.e. on 25.08.2016 I got a call from a local person and he told me that the warranty of Panel is of only 1 year though it is mentioned as 2 years on TV. And I have to pay charged for change of Panel. I am disappointed by your service and commitment you give to your customers.
