[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Intex mobile - aqua power+ — charging problem | |||
I am Sivasankar. My Intex Mobile - Aqua Power+ had some charging probem and I have visited Access Zone Service center chennai. 1. They have said need to change the MainFb - charging strip on 24/1/2017 and it will cost Rs.650. I said ok and the mobile got repaired on 2/2/2017 and i paid Rs. 650 and got it. Within 2 days its dont work and i where out of station for a month. 2. Again I visited the service center and complained. But they said need to change it AGAIN. So its second time i need to pay to change MainFb - charging strip. They said same charge but after long conversation they accepted me to pay Rs. 400 Send complaint around[protected] and again amount paid Rs. 400 on 10/4/2017 What a worst Intex handset which had charging problem and service with their service center and not worked and need to pay again to change the spare. The mobile amount need to reversed on this worst Intex model or replace it will working mobile for me. Enclosed the 2 bills from Access Zone Service center. The battery is not working and it is within the warranty period. The service center at Ponda, Goa is refusing to replace it within warranty saying that system is not allowing to replace. The purchase date is Oct 22 2016 and todays date is April 11 2017. Please help me resolve this issue asap.
