This phone was brought by rukhmani birla hospital as a departmental phone to solve the queries of the patient. But we are really unsatisfied with this phone. Its user interface is so poor that it is really a headache. It takes nearly 10 sec to respond to any dialed number. The network is poor and the voice clarity is pathetic. It is really a concern to our organisation as we too are using this phone for customer satisfaction. So human grounds i would request to please replace this handset so that we can serve our patients more promptly and accurately. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have given my Intex aqua power mobile at Aditya Solutions Kolhapur-416002 for repairs on 12/11/2016. Jobsheet No.[protected]T001 Lot No.[protected]. Near about one month will complete still the hand set is not repaired. I have given the mobile for repairs third time but the problem remains unsolved.
