[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — intex service center has neither repaired nor replaced my phone for 2 months | |
I purchased intex aqua s7 rose gold dual sim (Serial no - [protected]) on 2nd december 2016. After 5 months of buying my phone, it started showing problems like fast battery drain, overheating, wifi, hotspot, bluetooth and other connectivity issues and also problems with fingerprint detector. So i gave it to an authorized intex service center (Intex technologies ltd, c/o new telephone point, 124/m/10, govind nagar, central bank building, kanpur - 208006) on 10th may 2017. Jobsheet number:[protected]t001 After continuous calls for update and their procrastinated deadlines, finally after a month they said that its done and i can take my phone back, but when i reached their, staff tells me that it could not be repaired so they will replace it as it is in warranty and they will inform me a week later but that later never came. After that day neither they called nor they receive my calls. Either their number is switched off or runs busy or if by mistake someone picks it up, all i hear is another week of waiting to hear back from them. It has been one and a half month and such irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of their staff is absolutely unacceptable and such kind o[censored]seless service is no service at all. So all i want is to get my problem resolved, i request you to please replace my phone with a new one as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Today I visited the service center and finally got my phone replaced by another model Intex Aqua Supreme Plus as my model Intex Aqua S7 is no longer manufactured. Intex Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
