Hello, As per above job sheet i was 3-4 time call on service centre, does not solve my mobile issues and as per you company rules after 15 days not got the my mobile with solve my mobile issues. so, please can you give me any own responsible person when i get the mobile with solve issues? Because I am tire for your service and your mobile issues. As per above my Complaint, Last sunday[protected] called from intex executive (+91 [protected]), regarding my complaint, I was all detail explained to his and he also told me, If I have bill and if your mobile is under warranty, so, they are give me to new mobile as per my above complaint. As per his required I was sent my bill and received mobile picture on mail (intex.[protected]@india.com), but they are not any reply and not any call to me.
So, Please solve my issue.

Very Bad Services to intex mobile service centre, because they are not take any responsibility for costumer mobile, because, last two time called to me from his customer car and second time service centre about the my issue but they are not resolve my issue.

As per above my complaint, yesterday I got the mobile but with out inform they was change my mobile, means they was not given same modal mobile but old modal. Also I was purchased Intex Cloud N 1GB and now they are given used Intex Aqua Y2 1gb, without inform How can his change my mobile. My mobile data also not getting in new mobile. You can also check it in attached image.
I am not satisfaction for his service, so, I want to same modal of mobile with without any issues.
