Location (State and city)- maharashtra, nashik (Pin code- 422009) Adding to this, the person called at my home from nasik’s support centre on the 4th day of complaint, was not having any instrument with him to check what exactly happened to led and he directly told that it will take 15-20 days to repair and we don’t have part for the same. We were surprised that without even looking at tv, how he came to know problem and he just gave casual answer and left. Today, we got a call from # [protected] and person asked that we will refund your amount and take led back, so call me in next 5 min. Later on when i called that person, he did not receive a call. The person might be busy but he did not called me back after seeing 10-15 missed calls. I am very disappointed with this customer service from a brand like intex. I bye intex aqua star power mobile in diwali 2014. one year it opreting well but after one year when i inceart sim card it switch off automatically.but in flite mode it work regularly please can u exchange or repels it.
