Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — miss behaviour by intex customer centre | |||||
I bought a new mobile intex aqua eco 4g on 28/09/2016. I faced some problems like power button and the speaker was not working properly. I visited intex customer centre (In decemeber 2016) which is in ch charan market, muzaffarnagar. He told me to give him 2 copy of bill and it will repair in one week. Due to some busy schedule i forget to give my mobile for repairing. Now today again i visited same centre (29/07/2017) and he told me that it will not repair under warantee time. We have to pay rs.250 for speaker and rs.150 for power button repair charges. And he will repair the set in 2 days. Even i told him that i will against you. He said do what you want. I will not repair your without taking money from you... Now may i know why i give the charges for repairing of my mobile??? Still i have 2 months left in my warranty time..
