I have purchased subjected IMEI no. Mobile model Cloud 4G star in September 2015. This phone was slipped from my hands and display was damaged on 26th December 2015 and on the same day I given this mobile for repair in gurgaon intex service center. I follow up multiple times then finally it was repaired after two months on 28th February 2016. I am feeling very sad to inform you that they have replaced display of mobile in white colour however my phone originally was in champagne colour. I didn't take the phone and lodge a complain on helpline number but they are now saying that you i do not have any option and I have to get the phone in whatever colour company is repairing which not fair.
Your company is creating pressure on me to take the phone repaired in different colour so how can I get it and this is completely unfair in way your company is treating with your customers. After sale service is your responsibility and you guys must take this responsibility.
