Dear Concern,
I bought Intex phone model Turbo S5 on 14th June 2016, considering the emerging brand. Till October 5th October I worked fine but on 6th October I have started facing issue on Mobile with its speaker.
Post that I have visited our service centre located at Andheri east (C/O Mobile Junction) on 6th October 2016 then they repaired the phone. After two-three days I started facing the same problem. I again went to the same service centre and I again got phone temporary repaired.
On 25th October when I again started facing the problem, I again visited the same service center where I was told that there is some issue with mother board hence we have to change the mother board.
So I have submitted my mobile phone (Job sheet number : [protected]T001) on 25th October 2016. Till now I am yet know the status of my mobile phone. I am calling the phone numbers given over there but no response. It is about month now from 25th October 2016 that I have submitted my mobile phone but no status.
I have visited the service center again, where I came to know that Intex mobile service center is shut down for some internal things. Shop owner is asking me to take unpaired mobile and submit it to some other service center. I refused to do so.
Requesting some to look into the matter at the earliest and give back my mobile phone else return back my money.
