This is Santosh. I have bought Intex cloud m6 16GB phone in Dec 2015. Within 1 month I have started facing multiple below issues with this phone.
1) Battery Issue [Un-proper Charging, Draining fast, charging getting stuck multiple times ]
2) Screen flickering and auto mobile shutdown when battery showing 20 % -30 % charging.
3) Multiple times memory card lost connection with phone.
4) Poor out going sound during call.
5) Humming sound during call.
6) Camera clarity not good as I expected.
I have reported all the issues when I visit Intex Vashi service center on 5th Jan 2016. Service center has collected only battery of my phone and send for replacement as it is under warranty. My job sheet number is [[protected]T001].
As per service center promised to me this process will take around 20-25 days to get brand new original battery.
Now 20-25 days are over but still I am not getting any proper date regarding my battery replacement. I have talk to service center person but all the time I have get arrogant reply from them.
As Intex said to all customers "We value your association with us and assure you of our commitment to serve you better". Do you really feel, they consider the value of their customers???????????
Sorry to say this, because seriously this is the worst service I have ever received in my Life, when I compare Intex service with other service center.
For 1 single battery replacement they have taken around 29+ days. And still I haven't received It.
Then what about other issues, which I had mentioned above??
