[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — no response from the company | |||
As per telephonic discussion with your asm at your service centre (Ritisha infotech, rsc mallick road, ganguly bagan) your technician took a snap of my mobile phone (Intex cloud string v20.) and sent it to your asm for further instruction. But i regret to inform you that after 7 days i met your representative at the service centre. They told me that no information has been received from your office till date and subsequently they sent me a message that "nothing to do" in this case as said by your asm. Now i have no other alternative but to knock the door of ' consumer forum " for justice. Hope your early action in this regard will refrain me to take such step. Was this information helpful? | |||
