I hav bought intex tower speaker model no it12001 but just after using them for 3-4 hours they stopped working... Completely turned off... I tried everything but nothing worked then i contacted intex service centre jammu they said a service man would come to your house and will the speakers but the service man came after 4 days on[protected] to my house... Then he opened the speaker and i was also with him he has taken out the fuse and i asked him is the fuse working he said no its broken nd.. Then he directed the circuit nd the speaker started working then after some time i dont know what he did but the speaker again stopped working and smoke also came out of the speakers i asked him what happend he said the transformer of the speaker got burnt nd now we hav to put the new transformer but i aksed him that the speaker was working wht happend he said no the transformer is already burnt i said ok i need to get the speaker working.. Get new transformer he said it will arrive on[protected] i said ok... On[protected] i called him again he said sir when ur tranformer will come u will get a call and today is[protected] i was calling him since morning he said i wil come today and will fix your speaker now its 2:19 pm i called him he said the transformer arrived is not that which fits your speaker and further he said you hav to wait some more days... I know he is making me fool by making excuses plz take some action.
