My phone was in warranty period and i got a new phone in exchange which is deffective and getting problem. Also the service center manager is not responding to the same.
And the previous sevice centre employees are also unresponsive that they tried to do some cheats with us and gave me the defective handset in replace.
And now the service centre employees do not replying to the phone calls and if they attend the call in answer they just avoid and told me to call on next week. Was this information helpful? |
