I bought Aqua Power + mobile phone on 20.09.15. Soon after purchase the set was having charging issues. Later after getting info on service centers, I had submitted the phone with Laxmi Nagar Service Center, Delhi on 27.10.15 vide Job sheet number[protected]T001.
Later I got a call on 07.11.15 from service center and asked to collect the phone. On reaching there i came to know that they didn't do anything. In the mean time they cancelled the earlier job sheet and issued a fresh job sheet vide number[protected]T001 dtd 07.11.15.
Since then, the service center staff say that they have not received the required part hence they are unable to do anything but to wait. They also said that if require, you may file a legal case.
I called up the customer care number ([protected]) and talked to Mr Arun Kumar on 14.11.15. He said a revert will come in 7 days time.
See the plight of consumer who have purchased a new phone and handed over to service center. From 27.10.15, 19 days have already passed and no one is helping. Even no replacement is allowed against the defective set.
What is the meaning of warranty then?
In case the service center staff cannot repair the set then and there then it should be replaced with a new set immediately.
