Purchased a handset of intex cloud swift on 17.03.2016 touch screen went wrong on october, 16. Rushed to your service centre at nehru nagar ghaziabad. As per display chart, file attached, phone should be returned in 03 working days but as per job sheet it would take 07 to 10 working days minimum and maximum 20 working days.
