[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — poor services | |||
We bought intex cloud 4g star 9 months ago... And one month back our phone receiver stopped working.. We gave it to the service centre in vijayawada... They took 1 week time and made the phone more worst... Receiver still not working and phone became dead.. We again gave it to them... This time they took more than one month to get it repaired... I didn't receive it till now... Why is intex not serious about their products and customers... Such a poor quality of products and poor services... I didn't receive my phone yet which was sent to your service centre more than one month ago... Meanwhile the warranteee will also be finished...
