Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Repairing Issue | |||
I have some problems in my intex acqua music which is in warranty. I have deposited the same with service center for the repairing on 6th of june they asked me that it will take 7 days. I am doing follow up regularly and no satisfactory answer is being provided to me. The copy the receipt as i got from the service center is attached. You are requested to do the needful asap. I'm Sajan Singh from city Moga state Punjab. My phone intex aqua Raze in warranty. It's first SIM Card slot is not working. Your service center executive charge me 350/ Rs. For repair.
If Company charges the money for service in warranty period. Then please tell me the meaning of warranty.
