Dear Customer, Your product received for repair vide Jobsheet No.[protected]T001We will inform you once product is repaired. Assitance Call.[protected] . Respected sir, I have replaced the fitrist pulzz for 4 time and I get defective product every time. The first time I submit the fitrist pulzz on 06/06/17 for the charging cable problem then they take the whole product and give me the old product after a week which I denied to take because it's too old in comparison of my new product so they replace me with another defective band after 10 day that work only 1 hours after fully charged so I return to the service centre on 21/06/17 latest job number is provided above so after that I received the product on 08/07/17 which Is another defective product same problem occurs hence my product has been replaced serval times.The worst service of Intex. I have submitted my new fitrist pulzz for the problem of charging cable after that company has given me refurbished and defective product.please give me the solution for this concern.
