Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Replacement of mobile

I purchased Intex cloud plus in July. But in September it have of charging. I went your moradabad centers, The replace PCB .but unfortunately after 15 days hand set started problem again & I went your haldwani centre they told me that my set will be replaced by company. On 12th I got replaced Mobile & I was surprised that they give me used set & it has many other issues. What is the returned policy? Anil Tomar [protected]
