Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — service centre is not repairing the phone.

I bought intex cloud string v.20 on 30/10/2016. But a black spot has been witnessed on the left top corner of the phone. I went to the local intex service centre (Ritisha infotech, at rsc mallick road, ganguly bagan) but they denied to repair it for free though the warranty period is not over yet.
I think it is a manufacturing defect and i want your assistance as soon as possible.

" They told me to approach you for sending an email to : [protected]@intexcare.in about accepting this handset with sender's proper name and designation "
I am facing constant harrasment from the service centre, i am a consistent buyer of intex products ( speaker, smps etc ) This kind of response was not expected from your esteemed organisation.
