[Resolved] Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Service centre not returning my phone 3 months | |||||
I have my bought my phone on Dec -16. Till Feb-17, there is no complaint in Phone. But 1-03-17, Phone is not working properly. so I have given to Intex service center in Chennai. They have committed that, they will return the phone within 20 days. But after 20 days, if i contact, there is no proper response. Till today, after 3 month also, they have not return my phone and I didn't get proper any proper response. Herewith attached Service request form Fyi. Request to help me to get my phone back.
