Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Service problem - delay in service | |||||
I have purchased a mobile (Intex Aqua lion 3G) with IMEI No: [protected] on 6th June 2016. I found a problem with back camera but i felt it was a small problem only. but after three months (on 28.09.2016) my mobile was dead, [ My mobile was switched off and unable to restart]. So I went to Intex Service Centre in Secunderabad (S.V. Mobiles, ICP: Secunderabad) on 30.09.2016 to get it repaired. The person in the service centre checked the mobile and said that my mobile was dead and need to send to company for repair and it takes 15days of time. He took my mobile along with battery for repair. Even after one month also there is no proper reply from the service centre executives and they didn't give me back my mobile. they are telling me that my mobile is not repaired, and now they telling that again they need of 20days of time more. The service center manager is very careless & rude. I need a clear explanation about my mobile repairing status at the same time my mobile should be repaired as early as possible. I purchase Intex cloud pace mobile in January 2016 but its charger is not working and I change its battery two time till now and third battery is going to change .
