Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — unresponsive and unethical behavior by service center. | |||
I have purchased a mobile intex aqua lion 3g on 10th august 2016, within a year there was a motherboard problem where the apps are getting downloaded by itself. I have given the mobile to authorized service center (Vijaya communications) a. S rao nagar branch, hyderabad, telangana. As it was under warranty at that time. After keeping the mobile under there possesion for 15 days they said that the problem is resolved, however within 2 days the mobile switches off and doesnt turn on again. I went to the same service center and informed them about the issue and given the mobile back to them on 23rd august 2017. Till now they are not returning my mobile back and when ever im raising a complain they are informing me that the supervisor is on a vaction. Its been almost 3months without the mobile. I would request you to look into this issue immediately, failing which a complaint has to be raised under consumer court. Expecting a quick response. Was this information helpful? | |||
