Intex Mobile / Intex Technologies — Very bad service standard

I had given my mobile for service with intex authoriservice centre vide job sheet no.[protected]T001 DT 1/10/2015. Again They raised another jobsheet No.[protected]T001 for the same mobile on 04/11/2015. I went and asked the service center, they replied that they will get it repaired with in 15 working days. I waited for 15 working days. No reply from them. Finally I went yesterday (25/11/2015). They replied that it will take another 30 days. For that they will create another job sheet. I have a doubt that whether it is an authorised service centre or a fake? Or the company itself is giving faulse promises to customers? For a simple repair the company is taking 90 days!!!. Is that a service standard for Intex? God pl help me.
