Intex Mobile — Mobile battery problem and No reponse from service centre | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Sudhir Khare i am from Jabalpur (madhya pradesh). I have Intex Aqua power mobile which i bought on dt. 31/12/2014. Recently mobile was giving problem of no battery charge and dead condition . And mobile was in warranty period. So firstly I reported it to your local service centre and they told that you have to submit your mobile. So as adviced by your customer centre executive i submitted it on date 18/06/2015 with job sheet number[protected] T001. And they told that they will solve the problem and return it within 20 days. I contacted the service centre personally after calling many times on date 11.07.2015 and 18.07.2015. They give excuses of No Inernet Connection or No Electricity at their centre. And I havent received any message or call from them even after 33 days regarding the mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||
