Intex Mobile — Mobile hang-on and touch not working and misbehaving of Intex mobile care staff | |||||
I have purchased Intex Dual sim Aqua N15 mobile handset on 2nd- February-2015 from Fancy Mobile (Bill No 12890 dated 03/02/2015), Pushpa Complex, Hisar, Haryana bearing Batch No. / M_IMEI:[protected] & S_IMEI;[protected]. Now the set gets hang on and also the touch of the set in not working, so i approached the Fancy Mobile and he sent to the handset to Intex mobile care and after approx two weeks Mr. Jitender proprietor of Fancy Mobile returned the set by saying that the set can't be repaired under warranty due to water logging problem. I have personally checked the handset from outside and did not find any water spots. Than on dated 13/10/2015 i approached Intex mobile care centre, Hisar and there i got such a horrible response that i can't expect from a reputed brand like Intex. The manager may be named Mr. Mohit (don't know exactly) rejected the set to be repaired under warranty due to water logging and when i asked him to give me receipt / status report of handset checked in your Intex Mobile care, he refused to give me the receipt and both the receptionist of the care attended me so harshly and their behavior was so uprooted and spurious that straights way nullify the image of Intex. When i pressed them harder than they entered the job in their computer and gives me Jobsheet No.:[protected]T001. Also i requested the manager to show me the water spots if any, and he was unable the show me the water spots and he also started behaving rigidly. I personally knows that the company glues two stickers, one on the battery and other inside the mobile that changes color, if water enters into the set. But both of the stickers still remaining white and retains their original color. So i request you to please change the hand set as the mobile is under warranty or at least get rectified the problem under warranty because the handset has been never came in contact of water and there are no signs of water logging. And please tell the staff of Intex Mobile Care to behave properly and softly with the customers of the company and get them trained to attend the customers with an art of respect and tell them to satisfy the customers at least with the words, if not possible to satisfy them with the services of the company.
