Intex Mobile — Mobile is getting problem again again and I want replacement

Hello, I purchased an Intex Aqua HD smartphone from intex mobile in Feb 2015. First time problem: Phone was hanging and was not working properly. I get it to intex service center in Apr. After 15 days I got my mobile repaired. Second time: After getting from service center, There was no network in the mobile. I was again at the service center to next day. Again was waiting to get it repaired. Then got it again repaired. Third time: Again touch was not working.. phone was getting hanged... Again submit it to service center on 17th June, 2015... but from this date to till now, I didn't get repair my phone. Now I want to replaced my phone or refund my money. I dont want to get it repaired now as its getting issues again and again. Please help me... Thanks, Manohar
