Dear Sir
I have purchase Aqua N15, since i have starting using the phone there
was problem from beginning of screen sencer not working properly,
withing a month i have to visit your service center, at your service
center they have open the phone and repair it, but same problem arise
on the next day. Your service center is not ready to accept the
problem which is shown to him. They just take phone for three or five
days at service center and give it back.
I have to wait 30 minute at your service center and against they have
repair it. I have hardly use for fifteen days, The quality of this
phone is too poor, the problem is manufacturing defect.
Your service center is insist to put phone to service.
What the quality of your phone ? I don't want to use this phone for
more, you are requested to replace this phone against other model. I
don't want to use this model.
