[Resolved]  Intex Mobile — not getting back my phone

i gave my intex aqua i15 for changing touch pad its under warranty your customer care service told me that they will repair it within 10 days and today is day 18th they are saying not sure when they will give it back plz its urgent i m leaving this place after 2 days and i need my phone plz take some step and give it back with in 2 days, your customer service is not at all satisfactory it wont be easy for me to take any of your products
