Intex Mobile — On Service Center Missusing

Assitance Call.[protected]), if my ear phone should be send to company and you should inform that then how can he give another ear phone with in a hour. And he remove my mobile back side that is attached to motherboard by using screw driver, is it ear phone in motherboard, while asking he told me we should enter the serial number that is inside the mobile, and he also changed my battery.
