Intex Mobile — Poor customer service of Intex Mobile | |||
I have purchased Intex mobile (model : Aqua I3 ) on 27.06.2014 On Jan. 2015, I faced problem regarding auto rotate. So I submitted this mobile to Intex service station at Sangli on 09.02.2015 ( Job No.[protected]T001 ) after long waiting period they told me that They will give a replacement mobile. So on 26.03.2015 (After 1 1/2 months) I get a old mobile, even worst than my previous mobile. More problematic than my previous one. After using it for 2 days, I see that this mobile is not even identify SIMs also. So again I have submitted it to Intex Sangli service station on 31.03.2015 (Job.no.[protected]T001). As on date i doesnt know any status of this. i contacted Intex care many times, they all are confused about exact condition & status of my mobile.
