Intex Mobile — poor service and poor response | |||
I have purchased INTEX AQUA I5 octa on 15/01/2015. The mobile display is broken so I have given it to service center at tambaram for repairs. Initially they changed display costing Rs.1900/- They replaced my mobile .I just used that mobile only one day now the display not working.I request you to look in to the matter otherwise I will take legal action.If they wont take any action means surely i will go to consumer court. I have INTEX AQUA Style pro . The mobile is auto functioning i gave it to service centre (MICRONICS N.S. Avenue Hailakandi Road, Opp. Link Road, Near BT College 2nd Floor Goyal Agency Silchar - 788005, Cachar Assam). on 12/05/2015 They didn't give my mobile hand set till now. I request you to look in to the matter otherwise I will take legal action.If they wont take any action means surely i will go to consumer court.
