Intex Mobile — poor service and product of INTEX MOBILE -AQUA XTREME | |||
I HAD PURCHASED AN INTEX MOBILE( AQUA XTREME) IN JAN 2015. AFTER 2 MONTHS THE MOBILE STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS OF HANGING, THE VOLUME DROPPED TO INAUDIBLE DECIBELS. AS I WAS OUT OF COUNTRY I GOT THE MOBILE SENT TO INDIA AND THE SAME WAS SUBMITTED IN INTEX SERVICE CENTRE IN BORIVILLI WEST, MUMBAI AS PER JOB CARD NO [protected]T001 DATED 19 MARCH 2015. NEEDLESS TO MENTION THAT THE SERVICE CENTRE IS RUN BY HOOLIGANS WHO REFUSED TO ENTERTAIN STATING THAT THEY DONT WORK ON WEEKKENDS. I AM AGAIN OUT OF INDIA AND ON CALLING THE SERVICE CENTRE MOBILE NO, THERE IS NEVER A RESPONSE ON THE SAME. ON WRITING A STRONG MAIL WITH THE CONCERNS, THE AUTO RESPONSE SAYS THATTHE SAME WOULD TAKE 15 DAYS FOR REPAIR, SO KINDLY WAIT FOR SAME. TODAY ON BEING LUCKY TO GET THROUGH THE SERVICE CENTRE, THEY INFORMED THAT THE SPARE PART HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED, SO I SHOULD CALL THEM AGAIN ON NEXT MONDAY ie 06 APRIL 2015. I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM NOT INTERESTED TO BE A CUSTOMER TO SUCH A POORLY MAINTAINED/ NON RESPONSIVE COMPANY.
